DUNLOP LEADS THE WAY DURING THE SOUTHERN 100 INTERNATIONAL ROAD RACE PRACTICE
The Thirteen time TT winner got off to a flying start during Monday nights practice at the Isle of Man Steam Packet company sponsored event setting fastest times in both 1000cc practice sessions. During his 4 laps of the first session, the Ballymoney man lapped at 106.786mph, 6 laps in the second practice of the evening saw an improvement to 109.670mph around the 4.25-mile Billown course. Practising continues this evening (Tuesday) at 6:20pm, followed by the first race - the Corlett’s Trophies 600/1000cc - at 8pm.
